Fees & Rebates<\/h2>\n

We believe in transparent pricing. Please contact us for a detailed fee schedule.<\/p>\n

Payment options: debit, or credit card; Invoices provided after each session<\/p>\n

Rebates & funding: Medicare \u2013 rebates with a Chronic Disease Management Plan; Private Health Insurance; NDIS \u2013 self-managed and plan-managed<\/p>\n

NDIS client <\/h2>\n

Our NDIS pricing is based on the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We invoice separately at these rates for direct time spent working with the client, and indirect time spent preparing notes, materials, writing reports or talking to key workers, teachers, etc. Most NDIS clients see a therapist for their ongoing sessions.<\/p>\n

Private Clients<\/h2>\n

Therapy<\/strong><\/p>\n

For private clients, we charge an overall price that includes both the time spent directly working with the client and any time spent outside the session preparing notes or materials. If there is any additional time the therapist recommends is needed to be undertaken and therefore billed, this will be discussed with you prior to completion. You will receive an additional invoice for this.<\/p>\n

Private assessments are charged at an hourly rate of $194 per hour. The fee per assessment is based on the table below and includes direct consultation time with the therapist, and indirect time, which\u00a0includes analysis and report writing time.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Below is the cost for the maximum hours for each Assessment Level. If the assessment and report takes longer than estimated then we will be in touch to discuss this with you.<\/p>\n
